Shipping information

My Sisters Cottage currently ships within the United States. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During launches, promotions, severe weather, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If an item in your order requires additional time, we will contact you at the email address used during checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after the carrier receives the package. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, or address issues. Expedited options, when available, appear at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on qualifying U.S. merchandise orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the threshold receive the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Oversized items or remote destinations may require a different rate if clearly disclosed before payment.

Tracking and address accuracy

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to your checkout email. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or the parcel arrives damaged, email info@themysisterscottage.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the shipment and help with the appropriate next step.
