These Terms of Use govern your access to themysisterscottage.com and purchases from My Sisters Cottage, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Information provided during checkout must be accurate and complete.

Products, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen and manufacturing run. Measurements are approximate. Prices, promotions, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel or limit orders affected by an error, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or inventory issue. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when it is fulfilled or otherwise confirmed by us. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery terms. Returns and exchanges are governed by our posted Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected account data, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use content in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

The site design, My Sisters Cottage name and branding, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to My Sisters Cottage, LLC and protected by applicable law. Product names and marks belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer ownership rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. My Sisters Cottage, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, except where such limitations are prohibited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
